1. You, an otherwise sane adult, have elected to attend Burning Man this year, because?

2. Who decides the theme, and what on earth is meant by "Cargo Cult"?


3. The 2012 theme of "Fertility 2.0". Please Explain?

4. Who is the judge of these costumes and decor, and how do we know if we fit in??
 

5. How much does one spend on Burning Man? We know, we know, everything is a barter system, but how about all of the supplies, costumes, etc.? Looks expensive.


6. Are we REALLY expected to share all of the shit that we hauled into the desert in our Honda Civic with complete strangers? Because, no thank you?

7. Burning Man tickets are upwards of $300, yet they are providing you with zero things... where does that money go?

8. How about the people that are miserable at Burning Man, but repeatedly attend? Please explain.

9. Bartering vs. sharing. Please discuss.

10. What are the children of Burning Man doing for 8 DAYS while their parents gallivant around the desert? Excuse me, "la playa"?
